Question: Does Origin and BF1 HAVE to be installed on the C: drive.? Why? Launched Origins as admin, as suggested, and the download ( to F drive) of BF1 proceeded, as observed progress bar, OK.ĭue to suggested download time, 1 hour+, I walked away only to return and attempt to launch game where I was met with the "finalizing" and error once again. Having encountered this on multiple occasions, I un-installed the Origins client from F: and re-installed in on my C: drive thinking this might have caused a conflict. and am not sure if pertinent to the issue, when "finalizing" what i assume is the installation of the game. Subsequent installation of BF1 seemed to succeed until THE Error: 327684:2 occurred. ![]() Worked just fine until it began experiencing ' disk write errors which led me to trash said drive.Īfter I received a replacement from Seagate, I proceeded to successfully re-install the Origins client on the new drive. As my C: drive is running out of space, I installed and ran this game on my F: drive.
